Have you had vandalism occur on your street or to your house (like beverages stolen from your garage or small pranks) and didn't feel it was a big enough incident to file a police report? If so, please contact Marina Leneave at 897.4627 mleneave@verizon.net with details on the incidents. As our Neighborhood Safety Awareness team leader, she is gathering data to show patterns and to see what The Grove as a whole could possibly do to make our community safe and vandal-free!

As a reminder, The Grove Homeowners’ Association only allows one real estate sign to be displayed on private property.  No political signs are allowed. Please comply with these rules and regulations.  Failure to comply will cause the Association to assess charges for this violation.

Included with this notice is the 2009 budget.  The dues for 2009 will remain at $350 (three hundred fifty dollars).  The association will be sending out invoices in January for this amount.

The association will be raffling five $50 gas cards at the annual meeting.  You must return your proxy to be eligible for the prizes.  We also need you proxies to establish quorum.  A self-addressed, stamped envelope has been included for your convenience.

The Grove board of directors is made up of five members.  The five members are elected by the membership at the annual meeting.  Each position has a term of one year.  We will be filling the five positions on the board at this annual meeting.  If you would like to nominate yourself for the board, please call the ACS West office prior to the annual meeting and we will add you to the ballot.  We will also take nominations from the floor at the meeting.
