Clubhouse Reservation and Pricing
The Grove Clubhouse is available to rent by Grove residents only.
The daily rental rate for the clubhouse rental is $100 and includes a 6 hour block of time. (Please note the pool is not included with the clubhouse rental nor is it available for private parties)
In addition, a separate check for a $75 security deposit is required prior to rental. This deposit will be returned upon approved checkout. Both checks should be written to Grove Homeowner's Association (GHOA).
How to Book Online
1. You must first have your user name and password to log-in. If you do not have one, go here to sign up. This may take a day or two to verify your residency and send you your password and log-in.
2. Click on the following link: Book Clubhouse Online
3. Click on "31" day calendar icon to view calendar bookings. If you see a booking or pending booking on the day of your event, please note that the Grove only books the clubhouse once per day.
4. Scroll down page and click on "add new booking".
5. Login using your login name and password. (If you do not have one, please go to the News & Alert Sign-Up located on left side of this webpage. You will be sent your login information upon verification of residency.
6. Highlight "clubhouse" and then click "add".
7. Fill in fields with your information:
A. Booking Title: Your Last Name and any event name.
B. Type YOUR name, phone and email. in the next fields.
(Make sure you override the default phone number and email that is there if necessary.)
C. Put the event dates & time. (IF THERE IS ANOTHER EVENT on that date, please do not submit.)
D. Enter any comments if needed.
E. PRESS SAVE!!
8. You will then receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
9. The calendar will show pending(orange) until confirmed. Once confirmed it will turn green.
