Neighborhood Safety
Have you had vandalism occur on your street or to your house (like beverages stolen from your garage or small pranks) and didn't feel it was a big enough incident to file a police report? If so, please contact Marina Leneave at 897.4627 mleneave@verizon.net with details on the incidents. As our Neighborhood Safety Awareness team leader, she is gathering data to show patterns and to see what The Grove as a whole could possibly do to make our community safe and vandal-free!

HVAC Contractors

Our HVAC system is beginning to show some signs of wear.  Likely because it's builder grade equipment, we keep our house fairly cool, and it's a little undersized.

Has anyone had any good installation experiences with any local HVAC contractors?  Comfort First installed the original equipment, but I'm not a huge fan of their work.  My first step will be to likely replace one of the evaporator coils in the existing air handler, followed by a later upgrade to more efficient equipment (I'll probably favor Trane for the upgrade).

My biggest concern is in finding a contractor who does a quality install job as with upgrading the copper refrigerant lines will have to be changed out with the move from R22 to R410.

Just wanted to start a conversation to see if anyone has any good, experience-based recommendations.

Thanks for your time,

Chris

Stoneman Heating and Air Conditioning is both very professional and fair in thier pricing. I would certainly recommend they be included in those from who you get an estimate. Aziz
