I have noticed this too! The registration is really easy by everyone just going to: http://thegrovehoa.com/contact-us/news-and-alerts-sign-up. You'll get a user id and password normally within 24 hours.
The site has been spam free so far with the new site so I hope everyone will take advantage of this tool to communicate within the neighborhood!
