An advertiser provided pre-printed insert is $90 (any size under 8.5 x 11 or less)
A 10% volume discount is available if you prepay for 6 issues.
JPEG ads are preferred, but we can work with Word, Publisher, PPT, Adobe, PDF, and some other formats. We can also scan existing ads or business cards if needed.
Ad Design is available for a fee. $40/hour. Most ads can be done in one hour or less.
The issues are bi-monthly and go to 750 residents plus all landlords and advertisers.
Publication Dates are Feb 1, April 1, June 1, Aug 1, Oct 1, Dec 1.
