Pool Passes
To obtain pool passes for 2012 please read the following:
Each resident (owners or renters) will be issued a Pool Pass for every member of the family and 4 additional guest passes that can be used all summer long and year to year. Pool passes are issued and/or validated annually during pool registration days over a period of weeks prior to the pool opening.
Existing residents must bring all of their pool passes to registration (along with a photo ID) to be re-validated for the upcoming season. All Grove HOA dues and fines must be paid* to reissue passes. If you have lost your passes you will need to pay $2.00 per pass to replace them. (checks payable to GHOA, no cash).
New Homeowners will need to fill out a registration form and waiver and show a copy of your closing statement and PHOTO ID.
New Renters will need to fill out the registration form and waiver and bring a copy of your lease and PHOTO ID. Please check with your landlord to make sure they have paid* all their HOA dues and fines.
*Overdue assessments and late fees must be paid prior to pool pass valiation nights. Payments may be made in person at Community Group's office, by mail or online. Please contact Carolyn Grimes at Community Group, 270-1800, to make payment arrangements.
