CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION

The Grove Clubhouse is available to rent by Grove Residents only.  The address is 508 Biggin Pond Road, Midlothian VA 23114.

Resident Rental:
$75 (3 hour block)
$125 (6 hour block)
Additional hours can be purchased for $10/hour (6 hour block required first)

Non-Profit Rentals:
Only Scouts or similar type youth groups will be charged $15 per rental (6 hour block), plus security deposit is required. All other non-profit groups will be charged $50 (6 hour block), plus deposit is required.

Free Rentals:
Free rentals are granted for events open to all neighbors of the Grove or specific Grove neighborhoods. Attendees must only be Grove residents only.

IN ADDITION TO EACH RENTAL FEE:

  • A separate check for a refundable $75 security deposit for damages is required prior to rental.
  • A separate check for a refundable $75 security deposit for cleaning is required prior to rental.These will be returned upon approved checkout.


Cancellations:
50% of the rental fee will be returned for cancellations prior to 7 days of rental date. Cancellations within 7 days of rental date will forfeit entire rental fee unless cancellation is due to severe weather (board approval required for refund).

  • 50 folding chairs
  • 8 folding 7′ tables
  • 1 wooden kitchen table
  • 3 wooden kitchen chairs
  • moveable sofa, loveseat, coffee table
  • tv with vcr/dvd — no working channels
  • full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator
  • walkout patio use with picnic tables
  • NO POOL USAGE WITH RENTAL

3. Online form will be sent to Clubhouse Coordinator who will respond within 48 hours with contract details and specifics on where to send checks and signed contract.
