The Grove Homeowner’s Association

Swimming Pool Policies, Rules and Regulations

The Grove Homeowner’s Association Swimming Pool is a privately-owned recreation entity, entirely funded by annual assessment paying members.  The GHOA Board of Directors administers the Pool Rules and Regulations.  Day to day management of the pool is the responsibility of the Pool Management Company.  Membership and use of the pool is a privilege extended to Grove Homeowners whose annual dues are current and paid in full.  Members understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing safe and lawful operation of the swimming pool, and assume responsibility for all dependent minors and/or guests using the pool facilities.

Rules may be changed, with the approval of the GHOA Board, when deemed necessary for safety purposes.

GENERAL

  1. All Annual Assessments must be paid in full prior to use of the pool.
