The Grove HOA Board has set the following dates for 2022 when violation hearings will take place. These meetings will be conducted using Go To Meeting and be virtual to allow for those people who rent their property or anyone with other commitments during the evening to be able to join without having to physically come to a meeting.
Before the Board begins to hear actual cases, there will be a period from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm for any owner to call in and ask a question about the Guidelines. These should be generic in nature. Starting at 6:30 pm the board will then start to hear individual homeowner violations.
If you should receive a notice to attend a hearing, please do not ignore it. It will have the Go To Meeting connection information and the time you are to join the meeting. Please be respectful of the time as there will be others called on the same evening at different times.

To report after hours issues, call Community Group at and follow prompts for the 24 Hour On Call Manager. Items needing immediate attention are: Irrigation zones running for long extended periods of time, broken irrigation heads, fire or damage to the Clubhouse or common areas, etc.
